Nov 10, 2016 Dev-C is an integrated development environment (IDE) for the C programming language. It presents a feature-rich environment, tools for writing and debugging, as well as a compiler to provide you with all the tools necessary to program software in C. The program is a fork of the Bloodshed Dev-C environment, designed for advanced programmers looking to create applications.

Dev-C++ will automatically configure a 32bit and a 64bit compiler profile for you, and will select the 32bit profile if your computer does not support 64bit.

Dev-C++ latest version overview
Dev-C++ is a free full-featured integrated development environment (IDE) for programming in C and C++. Written in Delphi and is bundled with, and uses, the MinGW or TDM-GCC 64bit port of the GCC as its compiler. It can also be used in combination with Cygwin or any other GCC-based compiler.
